This first edition of the e-Performance Observatory, concerns identifying a business sector with a certain  background on the Internet, made up of clearly defined actors. To make a relevant comparison, the actors studied had to have homogenous offers in terms of positioning and target. The cybermarket sector met these criteria and was therefore selected.
